With over 30 years invested in Executive roles within the UK’s largest employee owned organisation, both steering its distinctive character and operational effectiveness, I have a deep passion for and understanding of what it takes to lead, and maximise opportunities of such organisations on the ground and in the boardroom. Employee ownership offers a blend of some of the most challenging and fulfilling experiences a leader could ever encounter, all wrapped up with unrivalled motivation and potential reward.
